Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a credit, less a 15% restock fee, which will cover the cost of the original shipping charge TLC Animal Nutrition, Inc. incurred. We will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your refund within one-two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Please allow adequate transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1-2 business days).

**Please note effective June 1st, 2023, a $20.00 HANDLING fee will be added to all orders.**TLC ships to the 48 continental states with no additional charge.  Additional UPS and USPS options are available for customers residing in Alaska or Hawaii.  Note: that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will ship the item(s) within 2 business days and notify you via e-mail with a tracking number and ship date.
